Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Outpatient Fertility Clinic

Location: New York, NY

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend or early morning shifts based on patient needs. Hours are 7 AM - 4 PM.

Position Overview:

A premier outpatient fertility clinic in New York City is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their growing team. As an LPN in this specialty setting, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients through their fertility journey—providing education, emotional support, and clinical care in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including vital signs, medication administration, and injection teaching
• Assist with in-office procedures such as ultrasounds, blood draws, and specimen collection
• Educate patients on treatment protocols, medication usage, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Ensure exam rooms and clinical supplies are properly stocked and sanitized
• Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, embryologists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Support patients with empathy, professionalism, and discretion during sensitive and emotionally complex care

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License in the State of New York
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in women’s health, OB/GYN, or outpatient care
• Experience in fertility or reproductive medicine is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical setting
• Passionate about patient care and supporting individuals and couples through their fertility journey
